"The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The drinks and food items by the front desk were well over priced, especially with Walmart being so close. The Tesla chargers were very nice and well maintained. They were also under a bright light so I felt secure with my car slow charging all night! Our carpet in our room had some stains as well as the couch. The lights above our bed were also mismatched. The hotel felt very nice except for a few weird maintenance choices. They mentioned they would only clean the room every 3 days because they were short staffed. I hope they raise wages for the people that work there. Breakfast was wonderful."

"Clean room. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good! I would recommend. We only stayed for a tournament for the weekend. But it was easy to find. Walmart is close by. And check in was quick. Rooms were comfy and clean. "

"Check in was fine, front desk person was nice. The room on the other hand was not good. The mattress protector was full of stains, the room hasnt bust disted in who knows how long, the paint job was half a**, and the tub has not been scrubbed in awhile along with the shower curtain being replaced. Morning coffee also tasted like ramen. Glad we brought our own blankets and pillows. Do not recommend this place. "

"I ordered the suite just for jacuzzi tub and Jacuzzi tub was broken, fentanyl was on bathroom floor. Tried to call office, and landline was in room but not connected, as though it was a nostalgic art piece to the room, no actual value to it, no possible way of hooking up either. I went to the office to get a different room because the only reason I rented the room was for the jacuzzi tub my front desk person tells me that all of the jacuzzi tubs you don't work. I'm the only way to get a discounted refund was through Expedia since I did a third party order. I suggest looking elsewhere other than Stevens Inn!!"

"I would rate this as 3.5 stars if I could, simply because the furnishings in the room were quite sparse, e.g., only one chair despite there being lots of space. But the place was sparkling clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast options were good."
